Inhouse Consultant - SAP Sales Cloud & SAP CRM onPremise (f/m/div.)
Aufgaben
- Together with the specialist departments, you will be responsible for the analysis, design and optimization of sales processes as part of requirements management at a local level.
- Together with central IT, you will take over the operation of several third-party solutions that are used worldwide as part of SAP CRM onPremise. As part of an agile project, you will be actively involved in the replacement of SAP CRM onPremise.
- You help shape the processes and functionalities of the future in interdisciplinary teams and regularly expand your knowledge of new methods and technologies.
Profil - Education: completed university studies in (business) informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: You know the “best practice” processes in the area of lead to order in the electrical industry. In addition, you have several years of experience in the customer-specific adaptation (customizing) of complex sales processes in SAP systems. Ideally, you will have knowledge of SAP CRM onPremise; good knowledge of the integration of SAP Sales Cloud via SAP CPI is an advantage; you have the ability to successfully roll out standard software internationally as part of agile projects (SCRUM etc.)
- Personality and Working Practice: You complete your tasks in a structured and independently. You enjoy working in international teams in an open-minded and responsibly.
- Work Routine: You are willing to travel up to 20% of the time
- Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English
