最先端ADASシステムの開発を担当する部門で多国籍の若手チームメンバーたちと共に英語を活用して世界中の関係部署と連携を取り合いながらJOEM向けのADASシステム先行開発車両の設計、改修、立ち上げ、性能評価に携わる車両システムエンジニアを募集しております。
We are seeking a Vehicle System Engineer to join our team responsible for the development of cutting-edge. In this role, you will work with a young, multinational team and collaborate with departments worldwide, utilizing English as a primary language. You will be involved in the design, modification, launch, and performance evaluation of pre-production vehicles for ADAS systems aimed at OEMs.
仕事内容 / Job description
- 開発及びデモ用車両、ならびに試験装置の開発タスクの調整と実現 / Coordination and realization of development tasks for development and demonstration vehicles as well as testing equipment
- 試作車両アーキテクチャの概念設計と実現 / Conceptual design and realization of prototype vehicle architectures
- 運転支援センサー（レーダー、ビデオ、ライダーなど）、ブレーキシステム、ゲートウェイ、ラピッドプロトタイピングシステムの統合、キャリブレーション及び運転開始 / Integration, calibration and placing into operation of driver assistance sensors (Radar, Video, Lidar, etc.), braking systems, gateways and rapid prototyping systems
- 異なる車両プラットフォーム向けのゲートウェイの開発 / Development of gateways for different vehicle platforms
- 車両試験および試験装置のテスト、評価、文書化 / Testing, evaluation and documentation of vehicle tests and test equipment
- プラットフォーム開発および顧客チームに従って、顧客の要求に基づいた試験の開発と実現 / Development and realization of tests according to customer requirements in accordance with the platform development and customer teams

- 自動車工学、機械工学、電気工学、電子工学または関連する専攻の学士号以上 / Bachelor's Degree or above in Automotive / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related majors
- 電気および電子に関する知識 / Knowledge in electrical and electronics
- 車両ネットワーク（CAN、Ethernetなど）に関する知識 / Knowledge in vehicle networks (CAN, Ethernet, etc.)
- テスト、評価および資料化の経験 / Experience in testing, evaluation and documentation
- 日本の運転免許証を保有していること / Japanese driver’s license holder
- 日本語と英語での良好なコミュニケーションスキル（ビジネスレベル以上）/ Good communication skills in Japanese and English (business level or above)
- 良好なチームワークスキル / Good teamwork skills

- 車両における電気および電子システムの適用と構築に2年以上の経験 / More than 2 years' experience in the application and buildup of electrical and electronic systems in the vehicle.
- C/C++、CAPL、Python、MATLABなどのプログラミングスキル / Programming skills in C/C++, CAPL, Python, MATLAB, etc.
- Vectorツール（CANalyzer、CANoe、CANapeなど）の使用経験 / Experience in Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape, etc.)
- LinuxおよびROSに関する知識 / Knowledge in Linux and ROS
- 車両ダイナミクスに関する知識 / Knowledge in vehicle dynamics
- CADスキル / CAD skills
