E-commerce Business Expert (f/m/div.)
Aufgaben
Your contribution to something big:
- Designing and implementing eCommerce processes in a SAP S/4HANA landscape.
- eShop Rollouts: Planning, managing, and executing international eshop rollouts with a focus on standardized and scalable solutions.
- eCommerce Integration: Collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Process Optimization: Analyzing and enhancing existing eCommerce and customer processes while considering industry-specific requirements.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Conducting test procedures, troubleshooting, and supporting hypercare phases after implementation.
- Training & Support: Assisting and training international teams in adopting new systems and eCommerce processes.
Profil What distinguishes you:
Education:
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, eCommerce, IT Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Several years of experience in developing and implementing eCommerce solutions as well as managing international rollouts.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Customer Experience (CX), or similar systems
- Experience in interfaces and system integration.
Know-how:
- Proven expertise in at least one of following areas: Loyalty & Campaign Management, Claims and Returns Management, Customer Request Management from a technical perspective.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Languages:
- Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese.
Working Style and Methods:
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environments, with a strong focus on customer orientation and change management.
Personality:
- Open-minded, innovative, and results-driven, with a passion for international teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

- Willingness to travel 20–30% expected.
