Senior Business Process Manager (f/m/div.)
Aufgaben
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Process Manager (BPM) to lead initiatives focused on enabling BPM capabilities, driving carve-out strategies and managing roll-out concepts for scalable process transformations. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient business transitions, seamless implementation of processes, and empowering stakeholders across the organization to achieve process excellence.
- Become a part of our team and develop as well as implement strategies to enable BPM capabilities across teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will establish clear frameworks and methodologies for process management, standardization, as well as continuous improvement.
- As a senior business process manager, you build and lead a BPM Center of Excellence (CoE) to provide training, tools as well as support for BPM practitioners.
- Also, you promote a culture of collaboration, ownership and innovation in process management across all levels of the organization.
- Of course, you lead carve-out initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during business separations, acquisitions or restructuring and conduct detailed analysis to identify dependencies, risks as well as optimization opportunities in carve-out scenarios.
- The collaboration with stakeholders to design as well as implement scalable carve-out solutions with minimal operational disruption and to ensure compliance with legal, financial as well as operational requirements during carve-out processes is also part of your work.
- You design and execute roll-out strategies for new or optimized business processes across multiple sites or regions and develop comprehensive roll-out plans, including stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation as well as resource allocation.
- Independently, you monitor roll-out progress, gather feedback and refine strategies to achieve desired outcomes. Also, you ensure processes are scalable, consistent as well as adaptable to diverse operational environments.
- Furthermore, you will establish process governance structures to maintain consistency as well as scalability of implemented processes and define as well as track KPIs to measure the success of carve-out and roll-out initiatives.
- You utilize process intelligence tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio) to analyze performance as well as identify improvement opportunities and report progress as well as insights to senior leadership, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- To ensure the alignment of BPM initiatives with organizational objectives, you partner with business units, IT, and leadership teams and work closely with project management teams to guarantee timely delivery of carve-out as well as roll-out milestones.
- Finally, you facilitate workshops as well as cross-departmental meetings to understand requirements, address challenges and develop actionable solutions.
Profil - Education: completed university degree (preferably Masters) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: several years in BPM, carve-out management or roll-out strategy roles; proven track record of leading complex BPM projects in dynamic organizational environments; proficiency in BPM tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Signavio,...); familiarity with process intelligence platforms (e.g., Celonis, Process Mining,...) as well as with tools for requirement management and discovery documentation (e.g., JIRA, Confluence); knowledge of ERP systems and their integration into BPM initiatives
- Personality and Working Practice: your strength lies above all in your ability to communicate and collaborate with others, with a focus on stakeholder engagement; you have strong leadership- as well as change management abilities; your exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills help you conquer callenging tasks
