[XC-CE] RF Systems Engineer
Aufgaben
RF System engineer for Zone ECU product
- Lead the customer and pitch the RF solutions to Customer.
- Understand the Customer use cases and lead elicitation to find the best fit solution in line with strategic/product interests of Bosch
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to the customer and to the team.
- Analyze, understand and Communicate Technical Risks, Cost/benefit analysis.
- Close collaboration with Key Fob Supplier to design interfaces
- Able to foresee risks and Proactively proposes solutions/measures for mitigating technical risks
Profil Required:
- Bachelors in Engineering with Electronics and/or Software.
- Experience in RF based systems for LF/UHF systems with regards to Approach Detection and Keyless entry.
- Experience with keyless entry systems and Body computer area.
- Experience in electronics product development and communication protocol related experience.
- Willingness to learn new topics in an international environment
- Ability to negotiate and communicate clearly on technical concepts and risks
- English / Japanese Native language skill due to active discussions with JOEM and Japanese Key Fob supplier.
- Engineering degree background in Systems/SW and/or Electronics Communication.
Following Qualifications would be a plus:
- Knowledge of E/E architecture and in-vehicle communication
- Interpersonal Competence
- Leadership Competence
- Entrepreneurial Competence
