Product Manager Agentic AI for manufacturing (f/m/div.) (Salary: ~117.000 EUR p.a.*)
Aufgaben
- In this position, you will be responsible for the relaunch and market introduction of new SaaS products in the Agentic AI for Manufacturing area and actively shape the product strategy.
- You will also analyze potential markets, identify relevant target groups and decision-makers and derive well-founded recommendations for action.
- You will also systematically record customer needs and translate these into specific, realizable product requirements.
- You will continuously monitor and analyze the market and competitive environment in order to enable differentiated and future-oriented product positioning.
- Last but not least, you will coordinate closely with interdisciplinary teams from Development, Sales, Marketing and Data Science to ensure a smooth and successful product launch.
Profil - Education: completed university degree in computer science, engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience in product management of SaaS software solutions; practical understanding of processes and challenges in the manufacturing industry; knowledge of the development and implementation of AI-based software solutions; proven success in the introduction of new products or relaunches; confident handling of strategic analysis methods, in particular the business model canvas; strong competence in the interpretation of market and customer data
- Personality and Working Practice: You have the ability to coordinate teams and communicate complex issues clearly; you are characterized by your strong communication skills; you act analytically and work in a structured
- Languages: business fluent in written and spoken German and English
*In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 117.000 EUR for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fullfilment of the company´s eligibility requirements). The individual salary depends on your job-specific experience. In addition, you will receive a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
