Aufgaben

You will work in a team of software developers contributing to a service solution based on sensor devices. This solution will provide 360° transparency about the vehicle state and allows detection of incidents or non-compliant behaviour. Once such an event has been detected, data from the sensors will be uploaded to the cloud and displayed to fleet operators.

Your tasks

  • Develop and run serverless and containerized micro services hosted in AWS
  • Build and run web UIs integrating with APIs to our own cloud services or to those provided by partners
  • Analyze existing services and make them usable for our solution
  • Continuous exchange with UI designers, architects, HW experts and product management
  • Delivering valuable and robust software

Profil

  • Education: completed degree in mathematics, computer science, physics, software, information-/communication technology or comparable

  • Personality: strong team skills, very good communication skills, goal-oriented

  • Working method: motivated and creative with high analytical skills, product-focused and customer-centric mindset

  • Experience and know-how: knowledge of current backend, database and UI technologies (e.g. Angular, Node.JS, React), implementation of services (Java, Python, C++ preferably experience with AWS) and experience with agile development frameworks (e. g. Scrum), strong DevOps mindset "You build it, you run it", preferably experience with AI cloud services

  • Enthusiasm: interest in working in distributed teams using agile development methods

  • Languages: very good language skills in English (written and spoken)
