Job Summary
The Receptionist must make a great first impression. The Receptionist has a wide variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to, greeting visitors, verifying their identification, issuing badges, issuing safety shoes/glasses, handles incoming calls, processing mail, etc. Additionally, the Receptionist assists in ensuring safety and security at the site.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Greet visitors with a positive, up-beat attitude, ensure all visitors receive the safety information and PPE (watch video, eye wear, shoes, etc.), direct associates and visitors on where to go.
- Act as a gate keeper, ensuring only authorized people are allowed access to all 3 buildings. Be present and available in the reception area during business hours.
- Answer incoming calls, forward calls or take messages as needed.
- Organize catering, as requested. Ensure deliveries are accurate and set-up.
- Process mail – sort incoming mail, apply postage to outgoing mail.
- Maintain Badges – take pictures, issue badges, remove badges.
- Coordinate on-site eye wear appointments, payments and deliveries to associates.
- Assist Board & Local Leadership Team (LLT) to book travel and subsequent expense report submissions
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- The job involves continuously sitting, keyboarding, talking and hearing in person and on telephone
- The job involves occasional standing and ability to be mobile.
- The job involves lifting of weights between10lbs- 25 lbs
Profil - High School diploma/GED required
- Associate's degree preferred or 4 years of commensurate experience in Lieu of
- Ability to communicate professionally to all levels, both oral and written, in English.
- Friendly, positive, up-beat personality.
- Demonstrated ability to follow and enforce policies and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to self-regulate time/projects
- High School diploma/GED required

Salary and Benefits
The hourly range is between $19-$22/hour. The range is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. The Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range during the interview process.
