Internship in Shopfloor Digitalization
Aufgaben
- During your internship you will engage in the development of a standard IT solution for a Business Unit or even across Bosch by managing business requirements from the Shopfloor of several plants worldwide.
- You will have the possibility to contribute to international working groups with experts from different Bosch Business Units, including Mobility Electronics, Power Solutions and Electrified Motion.
- Furthermore, you will work closely with a cross-functional team of experts from production and IT specialists.
- Additionally, you will have the opportunity to deliver presentations and engage in discussions about subtopics in this area within an international working environment.
- Finally, you will provide support for Process Delegates representing the Business Unit in central projects as well as the entire team with various tasks. We have highly motivated colleagues in the plant, and with a standardized IT solution, we aim to provide them with the best support from a central organization - the team you will be joining.
Profil - Education: Master studies in any field of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable with a focus on production
- Experience and Knowledge: in MIRO, Atlassians products (Jira & Confluence), MES systems, Power BI, Miro, MS 365; in Shopfloor and Business Process Management; touchpoints and/or experience in manufacturing and lean production, knowledge in manufacturing IT welcome
- Personality and Working Practice: you are an outcome-oriented individual with strong conceptual abilities and a process-oriented mindset; you have a responsible working style and a willingness to collaborate within a team; you are open to new problems, processes and challenges
- Work Routine: hybrid working mode possible with shares of office attendance in Abstatt and mobile working
- Enthusiasm: you enjoy working in an innovative and constantly evolving environment
- Languages: very good in English and German

Duration: 6 - 12 months (if the total duration of the internship exceeds 6 months, confirmation as mandatory internship is required for the entire period according to the study regulations)
