ServiceNow Solution Architect (f/m/div.) (Salary: ~86.000 EUR p.a.*)

- As a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect you play a critical success role in the collaboration with other architects, our development teams as well as with our internal customers to provide technical guidance related to ServiceNow and other platforms.
- You understand customer requirements and you are able to translate them into the technical solutions that aligns with customer expectations and our strategy
- Moreover, you design customer solutions with focus on performance, security, and scalability based on technology specific best practices and standards.
- Furthermore, you oversee the continuous architectural improvements as well as the integration of ServiceNow with other platforms, ensuring end-to-end interoperability.
- Last but not least, you support high-level architectural decision proposals, including high-level design documentation and detailed architecture blueprints for our entire portfolio.
Profil - Education: completed university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a comparable course of study
- Experience and Knowledge: multiple years specializing in ServiceNow architecture for large enterprises underlined by certifications in multiple ServiceNow modules and technical areas; deep understanding of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM, SPM, Employee Center, ITAM, ITOM etc. and designing unified solutions that leverage cross-synergies; expertise in the platform's foundation architecture (e. g. CSDM & CMDB) and proven experience in Integration architecture (e. g. API Design); deep understanding in design principles for ServiceNow platforms as well as SDLC methodologies and cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, etc.); practical understanding of architecture frameworks and modelling
- Personality and Working Practice: you show excellent communication and interpersonal skill, paired with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment; strong organizational and time management skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities round off your profile
- Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English and German
*In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 86.000 EUR for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the eligibility requirements based on collective agreements) in the case of a comprehensive execution of job requirements. In addition, there is an individual, performance-related pay, a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
