We are seeking a visionary sales leader who thrives on building impactful relationships and driving significant business growth within the enterprise manufacturing sector. Here, you won't just sell products; you'll shape the future of industrial operations, empowering leading OEMs and Tier suppliers to achieve unprecedented efficiency and innovation.
- In this role, you will strategically manage and expand a portfolio of key enterprise manufacturing accounts, driving new business and fostering growth among OEMs, Tier suppliers, and large manufacturers.
- As part of your responsibilities, you will execute our global sales strategy within your region, meticulously building and advancing the sales pipeline from initial contact through to successful deal closure.
- Leading intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for our AI-led manufacturing and industrial software solutions, you will expertly apply value selling and craft compelling ROI business cases.
- You will cultivate and maintain strategic relationships at C-level and VP-level across various departments, including Operations, Digital/IT, Engineering, and Plant leadership.
- Ensuring precise forecasting and rigorous pipeline management, you will closely track stages, next steps, close plans, and potential risks.
- Additionally, you will identify untapped opportunities and new use cases within manufacturing digital transformation and AI adoption, actively contributing to our strategic account plans.
Profil - Education: university degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: proven success selling SaaS based B2B enterprise solutions in industrial software, manufacturing solutions, AI/IIoT, automation, or digital transformation; strong capability in complex B2B sales frameworks (explicitly including Challenger Sales or similar); solid understanding of manufacturing processes, automation environments, and transformation programs; demonstrated rigor in pipeline hygiene, forecasting discipline, and performance management against targets
- Personality and Working Practice: you excel at managing diverse stakeholders and communicating effectively at executive levels, confidently presenting to and negotiating with C-level decision-makers; you work cross-functionally with ease, executing pragmatically while consistently aligning with overarching strategic goals
- Work Routine: willingness to travel to customers and for internal meetings as required by territory coverage and account needs
- Languages: excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Education: university degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or comparable subject
