Your tasks

Manage product development projects, ensuring functional, cost, and quality requirements are met within budget and on time.
Collaborate across functions, including Manufacturing, Sales, and Purchasing, to achieve project objectives.
Foster an agile approach with regular team meetings and short feedback loops.
Provide transparency on project status and risks, presenting regular summaries to senior management and thus allowing timely decision making.
Lead the Product Engineering Process (PEP) for new product development, defining schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Moderate workshops for innovation, design to cost, design for manufacture and problem solving among other topics
Drive cost reduction initiatives to boost profitability.

Your profile

    Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (ideally in Engineering), or commensurate experience
    Experience: Project Management experience, ideally within product development.
    Skills:
        Proven project management competence (PMP or Prince2 certification desirable).
        Demonstrable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
        Strong appreciation of precision metal parts and assemblies
        Agile mindset.
        Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
        Ability to summarise complex information for leadership.
        Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities.
