Your tasks
- Conduct external industry/market research and leverage data to analyze competitors & market environment. Identify opportunities & risks, interpret impact on sales & business.
- Independ to establish the business analysis framework, mining problems from data and refining insights on regular basis.
- Use data to understand user needs, analyze sales activities, translating raw data into meaningful business insights.
- Coordinate & implement projects to support on performance enhancement & business growth.
- Responsible for sales commission & bonus calculation & check to ensure accurate and timely commission settlement.
- Management meeting organization and cross-departmental coordination, covering meeting arrangement, on-site coordination, minutes sorting and action item follow-up
Your profile - Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Business Administrative, Economics, Mathematics is preferred, etc. Accounting competence is preferred with extra points.
- 2+ years’ experience in market research, sales or marketing relevant experience.
- Good presentation preparation skills and PPT demonstration.
- High business sense and high data sensitivity.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Have basic knowledge on data statistic and analysis and could implement the results into service design through qualitative and quantitative mechanism.
