Your tasks

Your Contribution to Something Big

  • Coordination of HW development for control units of automatic transmissions
  • Active participation and responsibility during the entire project, starting from offer and concept phase until start of mass production
  • Leading international project team
  • Definition of HW work packages based on customer milestones. Planning, delegation, follow-up and review of these work packages
  • Cooperation with international development departments and production plants
  • Keep contact with international customers and perform technical negotiation about technical requirements
  • Project documentation based on Bosch quality management system

Your profile

What Distinguishes You

  • Degree in electrical engineering / mechatronics
  • Experience in design of  analog and digital circuits
  • Experience in project management
  • Effective work style and good coordination skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good communication in English; any level of German language knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience in automotive industry is an advantage
  • Experience in production is an advantage
