Maintenance Team Leader_MA
Your tasks
1.Manage and optimize plant maintenance, including emergency maintenance, preventive maintenance, tooling maintenance to achieve KPI target.
2.Define the maintenance working package to assure high OEE level of plant equipment, and improve the equipment systematically
3.Continuously driving the operation excellence via OEE, Safety Rate, MTBF, MTTR.
4.Develop preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance approach with data analysis
Managerial
5.Manage team performance to ensure the KPI are achieved
6.Develop Maintenance team competence to fit for future
Your profile 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical and mechanical engineering, or automation relevant.
2. Above 10 years solid experience of TPM, and above 3 years team management experience.
3. Advanced electrical control knowledge (PLC、Electronic technology etc.)
4. Strong result oriented and future oriented, good communication skills and cooperation.
5. Good digitalization skills.
6. Fluent in spoken and written English.
