We are looking for a dynamic and skilled SAP Business Consultant & EDI Specialist to play a dual role in driving business process optimization and lead SAP EDI implementations for our automotive divisions. This position requires both strategic business consulting expertise and technical EDI proficiency, ensuring seamless integration between SAP systems and business operations.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
SAP Business Consultant Responsibilities:
• Serve as a liaison between business functions and technical teams to align SAP solutions with business needs.
• Support the Implementation of global Bosch SAP strategies and templates in line with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the business with new projects and requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and support SAP process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business functions. Facilitate collaboration, manage expectations, and drive stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful adoption of SAP solutions.
EDI Business Process Expert Responsibilities:
• Design and support SAP EDI processes for North American customers, with a primary focus on the automotive sector.
• Execute end-to-end (E2E) SAP EDI processes to ensure successful customer acceptance and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with external customers to certify that Bosch meets all EDI-related expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and transaction reliability.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize processes to reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
Tu perfil • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, MIS or similar areas.

• Proven experience as an SAP Business Consultant and/or EDI Specialist, ideally within the automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules related to sales, order management, and logistics.
• Hands-on experience with EDI transactions, mapping, and integration with SAP.
• Capable of documenting and interpreting functional and technical specifications.
• Project management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality
standards are met. Coordinate resources, track progress, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical
individuals
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience working in a global IT organization and collaborating with colleagues around the world.
• Jira Track & release experience.
