Your tasks
Responsible for the adequate management of the Human Resources areas in the
site, implementation of the People Strategy at local level, relationship with labor
authorities, union, and local Universities/technical schools, work environment and
strategic business partner of the leadership team on site.
Your profile - Business Administration, Psychology or relevant bachelor for Human Resources
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources.
- Knowledge of Mexican Labor Law and related regulations and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Change Management, Problem Solving and Conflicts Management
- Organizes, develops and utilizes internal networks and teams through whole organization to facilitate performance.
- Translate strategic goals into specific programs that integrate multiple disciplines to achieve overall strategic objectives.
- Establishes an environment that demonstrates legal, ethical, and socially responsive behavior.
- Able to adapt, flexible, self-motivated, self-starter.
- English language advanced
