- Coordinate and manage area projects in accordance with internal procedures and customer requirements.
- Develop and implement RPP objectives within the manufacturing area in order to ensure goal achievement.
- Control and monitor manufacturing processes in order to optimize results within the area.
- Track IPN-related indicators such as OEE, plant capacity, lessons learned, and quality complaints in order to ensure proper implementation within manufacturing processes.
- Participate in process and quality audits (internal/external) to review findings, ensuring follow-up and implementation of corrective actions.
- Review and develop manufacturing processes for products in accordance with dimensions, machinery, tooling, and required equipment in order to optimize results.
- Identify and understand critical and non-critical manufacturing processes.
- Design and review manufacturing projects with multidisciplinary teams.
- Propose and execute productivity improvement projects through labor reduction or output increase.
- Plan and ensure the implementation of the TOP 5-based problem-solving methodology to guarantee issue resolution.
- Act as responsible for systematic (System-CIP) and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, and collaborate on continuous improvement projects across the value chain.
- Facilitate and communicate innovation in manufacturing technologies through IPN meeting
Tu perfil - Education: Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Automation and Control.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.
- Advanced level of English.
- Manufacturing processes and new processes.
- Mechanical design.
- Problem-solving methodology.
- Core Tools (FMEA, APQP, SPC, PPAP).
- SAP-P81.
- Education: Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Automation and Control.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.
- Advanced level of English.
