電動パワーステアリング（EPS）用機械部品の設計
構成部品サプライヤのQCD視点での管理、リーディング
量産時の品質を向上させる為、工場生産技術 (TEF) との協業
顧客要求仕様の分析と機械部品設計の明確化
CAE解析に基づくBosch標準仕様（One EPS）のプロジェクト設計への適用
社内テストマネジメント、車両および台上実験エンジニアと協力し、機械部品の実験検証を行う
海外拠点エンジニアと協力して開発を進める
機械部品の不具合発生時の解決

Mechanical components of Electric Power Steering Gear design
Management/Leading the components supplier on QCD point of view
Collaboration with plant engineer (TEF) to ensure quality in mass-production
Requirement analysis, Mechanical design definition
Design in datail to carry out Bosch standard design (One EPS) based on CAE analysis results
Execution of physical tests in collaboration with Test Manager and Bench/Vehicle Test Engineers
Cooperation with colleague in other country for development
Problem shooting on Mechnical Design area

職務要件

機械部品の2Dおよび3D図面を理解できること
メカニクスの知識、経験を有すること (機械部品の十分な知見)
日本語および英語で技術論議が出来ること (日本語: 堪能、英語: TOEIC 600点以上)
異文化に対する許容力
ステアリングシステムや自動車技術の知識 (有すると好ましい)

Knowledge and capability of expert parts drawing in both 2D and 3D
Knowledge and experience of Mechanics (deep understanding of mechanical parts)
Negotiation skill of engineering topics in Japanese and English (Japanese: native, English: TOEIC≧600)
No border towards other cultures
Knowledge of Steering system and Vehicle technology (preferable skill)
