• ボッシュのZone ECU/Vehicle Computerは、車両E/Eアーキテクチャや車内通信に関わる重要な製品です。Zone ECU/Vehicle Computerのメカニカルプロジェクトマネージャーとして、グローバルチームを率いて技術的な課題解決をリードしていただきます。
• 主要顧客である国内自動車メーカーとの重要なインターフェース役として、円滑なコミュニケーションを推進します。
• 顧客のニーズに基づき、国内外のエンジニアリングチームと連携し、技術タスクを管理します。
• 戦略的なコミュニケーションを展開し、顧客との良好な関係構築に努めます。

[Job Description]

• Lead the mechanical aspects of the Zone ECU / Vehicle Computer, managing a global team and driving technical problem-solving.
• Serve as a key interface with major Japanese automotive OEM clients, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Manage technical tasks in collaboration with domestic and international engineering teams, based on client needs.
• Develop and execute communication strategies to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Expansion of the Zone ECU / Vehicle Computer development project necessitates strengthening the project team.
• This project is of strategic importance to the company, requiring an experienced mechanical project manager to lead it to success.
• The current team lacks a dedicated project manager, and we are seeking an experienced candidate who can immediately contribute and provide technical leadership.

• グローバルチームをリードしたプロジェクトマネジメント経験（QCDの管理、時間とタスク管理を含む）
• 機械工学、もしくはそれに関連する技術分野に関する確かな知識と経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力（円滑なコミュニケーションがとれるレベル）
• 顧客との良好な関係を構築できるコミュニケーション能力
• PDCAサイクルを効果的に活用できる能力
