[仕事内容]

• グローバルチームの一員として、Boschモビリティセクターのコアビジネスプロセスを支える重要な役割です。ServiceNowプラットフォーム上で、プロジェクトの推進、プロセスコンサルティング、改善活動、そしてエンドユーザーやキーユーザーへの手厚いサポートを担当していただきます。
• SAPシステムにおける受注管理プロセスのコンサルタントとして、その展開とサポートを担い、エンドユーザーの業務効率とビジネスの継続性を最適化するソリューションを提供します。
• 会社のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを加速させるSAP S/4 HANAへの移行プロジェクトにも積極的に参加していただきます。
• 世界中のBosch拠点で展開されているコアビジネスプロセスを担当するチームの一員として、自律的に、そしてグローバルに連携しながら、担当エリアの業務を遂行し、プロセス改善活動をリードしていただきます。
• Boschの各工場に対し、最適なソリューションを提供し、実装をサポートします。各ロールアウトフェーズでは、プロセスコンサルタントとして現場を支え、プロジェクト完了後も継続的なコンサルティング窓口として貢献していただきます。
• お客様に「あるべき姿（TO BE）」のプロセス情報を分かりやすく伝え、工場のキーユーザーや社内の技術チームと密接に連携し、効果的なプロセススコープの策定とビジネス要件の収集を行います。
• S/4 HANAへの移行やデータクレンジングなど、戦略的なBBMプロジェクトにも積極的に関与していただきます。

[Job Description]

• As a member of the global team in Bosch's Mobility sector, you will be responsible for projects, process consulting activities, process improvement activities, and end-user and key user support on the ServiceNow platform, supporting core business processes.
• As a consultant for order management processes on the SAP system, you will be responsible for deployment and support, providing solutions that optimize end-user efficiency and business continuity.
• You will also participate in the SAP S/4 HANA migration project as part of the company's digital transformation.
• As a team member responsible for core business processes deployed at Bosch locations around the world, you will work autonomously in a globally organized team, process work packages in your area of responsibility, and lead process improvement activities.
• Provide solutions and support to Bosch plants:
  • Provide and implement developed solutions to Bosch plants
  • Support as a process consultant in each rollout phase
  • Act as a consulting point of contact even after the project
• Implement process concepts and contents agreed upon in workshops:
  • Provide TO BE process information to customers and coordinate with plant key users and internal technical teams to effectively scope processes and collect business requirements
  • Actively participate in strategic BBM projects such as S/4 HANA migration and data cleansing activities.
