The HR-IT Team cooperates closely with the stakeholders located in Germany and globally to keep the HR IT systems of BOSCH running and up to date and participate in the HR Digitalization program and its different projects.
Our team is looking for a Skill Data Business Analyst for our Job Skill Data Ecosystem.
Your contribution to something big:
- Data Management: Oversee the collection, validation and integration of skill and role data from experts. Be responsible for data transfer and insertion from platform to platform;
- Governance Compliance: Ensure adherence to data governance policies and procedures, especially regarding the defined taxonomy and quality standards;
- Collaboration: Act as a liaison between subject matter experts, IT, and operational teams to facilitate the smooth flow of data and address any issues that arise;
- Data Quality: Monitor and maintain high quality of data quality;
- Documentation and Enabling: Develop material, document decisions and conduct sessions for subject matter experts on data entry processes and governance rules. Ensure skill governance documentation is up-to-date and audit proof;
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in data management and orchestration, processes and support structures, implementing best practices. Coordination of change requests.
職務要件 What distinguishes you:
- Education: Master’s degree in business administration, adult education, Human Resources, psychology or similar;
- Experience: Experience on HR processes and in the creation of technical or process documentation. Besides this, experience with managing stakeholders is a must.
- Knowledge: Hire to Retire knowledge is a plus. HRIT affinity is an advantage.
- Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English at a C1 level (mandatory), German is a plus.
- Personality: Proactive and self-motivation mindset. Also, team spirit, structured working approach and goal-orientation.
