[仕事内容]

Interior Sensing Systemにおける認識性能（ex, レーダー)に関わるソフトウエア開発をするエンジニアを求めております。ソフトウエアエンジニアとして、以下のような業務を行います。

• ISSシステムにおけるソフトウェアの要求分析、設計、実装をします。
• プラットフォームチームを含む専門家と協力し、最先端のソリューションの提案します。
• 他ソフトウェア、アプリケーション、およびテストのエンジニアと協力して、Vモデルに従ってシステムを開発します。
• 顧客や他分野の専門家とグローバルにコミュニケーションを取り、技術折衝をします。

We are seeking a software engineer to contribute to the development of software related to perception performance (e.g., radar) for Interior Sensing Systems (ISS). As a software engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Analyze requirements, design, and implement software for the ISS system.

• Collaborate with domain experts, including platform teams, to propose cutting-edge solutions.

• Work closely with other software, application, and test engineers to develop systems in accordance with the V-model.

• Engage in technical discussions and negotiations with customers and cross-functional experts globally.

[必須の経験・スキル]

• 電気工学、コンピュータエンジニアリング、または同様の工学の学士号
• 3年以上のシステム/ソフトウェア開発の経験
• 3年以上のC ++プログラミングスキル
• Matlab / Pythonプログラミングスキル
• 高度な日本語コミュニケーションスキル
• ビジネスレベルの英語力

[歓迎する経験・スキル]

• 自動車または組み込み制御システムでのC ++ソフトウェア開発の経験
• 画像処理やミリ波センサーの基本知識

[語学力]

• ビジネスレベルの英語能力
• Native(N1)レベルの日本語能力

[Required Experience and Skills]

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

• Over 3 years of experience in system/software development

• More than 3 years of hands-on experience with C++ programming

• Proficiency in Matlab and/or Python programming

• Advanced Japanese communication skills

• Business-level proficiency in English

[Preferred Experience and Skills]

• Experience in C++ software development for automotive or embedded control systems

• Basic knowledge of image processing and millimeter-wave sensors

[Language Proficiency]

• Business-level English proficiency

• Native-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N1)
