Governor of processes and business requirements, change-manager with international sales entities and driver of business success incl. analytics in your area of responsibility.
As Global Process Owner Pre-Sales you will drive the process design and governance in line with the worldwide BOSCH SAP S/4 HANA & CRM roll-out.
In this role you are:
- Designing sales processes in the area of key account management incl. sales promotion handling & warranty/guarantee management.
- Responsible for the documentation of business demands.
- The Interface to local business owner and work in very close collaboration with IT process experts, CRM and Master Data Team.
- Testing and training incl. change management in daily operations in your area of responsibility.
- Consulting and harmonizing business process requests.
- Working in a cross-functional international project team and agile framework.
- Orchestrating and prioritization of new requirements in an international community.
- Driving & tracking your process area with a data driven mindset e.g. Analyzing BI Dashboard.
Jouw profiel What distinguishes you:
- Education: Completed studies in one of the fields: Business administration, IT or comparable proven experience.
- Personality: self-organizing, proactive, autonomous, capable of working in different level of detail and different stakeholders (experts and sales managers).
- Working Practice: professional experience in Sales Operations/Customer Management, Key Account Management or as Business Process Expert in B2B area.
- Experience and Knowledge: Good understanding of SAP ERP (SD), CRM System and data analytics is nice to have – trainings for onboarding are available.
- Enthusiasm: You have a passion for the digitalization & automation of Business Processes.
- Languages: Fluent in English.
