As a Demand Planner – Spare Parts, you will join a multinational and cross-functional team, playing a key role in driving supply chain excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction through smart demand planning and procurement strategies. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment, directly contributing to the optimization of our spare parts supply chain.
What you will do
- Plan and procure spare parts for the Central Warehouse for Spare Parts (CWS) and Local Distribution Centers (LDCs), collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Ensure high spare part availability while managing inventory levels efficiently to balance cost and service.
- Maintain and continuously optimize master data and planning parameters to secure effective Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) in SAP R3 & S4, aligned with current and future business needs.
- Track and analyze key supply chain KPIs (Service Level, Inventory Level, Incoming Goods Claims), proactively identifying areas for improvement.
- Anticipate and resolve material availability challenges, ensuring timely escalation and problem resolution.
- Support new product launches and engineering changes by managing master data updates and coordinating initial stock levels.
- Partner with local markets to solve logistics challenges and optimize spare parts distribution for Bosch Home Comfort.
Jouw profiel What distinguishes you:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience: Proven experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or procurement, preferably within a global organization.
Know-how:
- Proficiency in SAP R/3 or similar ERP systems and familiarity with Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
Working Style and Methods:
- Structured, results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
Personality: Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to innovate within a dynamic environment.
