Local Warehouse Coordinator

- Ensure the fluent daily operation of warehouse and transport processes in Norrköping, Sweden
- Collaborate with warehousing and transport Logistics Service Provider, coordinate accordingly and serve as contact person
- Enter operations data and KPI in diverse software tools and perform analyses
- Introduce and follow up measures in case of deviations from KPI's, ensuring implementation, checking sustainability
- Responsibility for administrative tasks (e.g. purchase orders, invoicing, inventory quality management, AXA-treatment, stock comparison, scrapping)
- Introduction of new business models and customer requirements
- Participation in the development of the warehouse processes within the logistics process landscape
- Participation in warehouse and transport tenders, award of contract and planning of Logistics Service Provider changes
- Implementation of process training at the external service provider
- Application of CIP methodology for the continuous improvement of process quality
- Act as a first point of contact for customer for warehouse topics
- Local process owner for warehouse management system (BOWAS)
- Drive possible automation and efficiency projects in the warehouse
- Ability to work as proxy for the Local Warehouse Manager during absence
Profilul tău - University degree in the field of business, economics or equivalent education
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics field
- Profound understanding of logistical processes
- Ability to work in an international team
- Confident and cooperative manner when working with tangent departments and external service providers
- Structural and analytical way of working
- Very good communication skills
- Work outcome-oriented mentality
- Good knowledge in the ERP system SAP, MS Office
- Willingness to travel (within working hours) to Sweden
- Business fluent in English (C1), Swedish language skills is an advantage
