Responsabilitățile tale

  • Ensure the fluent daily operation of warehouse and transport processes in Norrköping, Sweden
  • Collaborate with warehousing and transport Logistics Service Provider, coordinate accordingly and serve as contact person
  • Enter operations data and KPI in diverse software tools and perform analyses
  • Introduce and follow up measures in case of deviations from KPI's, ensuring implementation, checking sustainability
  • Responsibility for administrative tasks (e.g. purchase orders, invoicing, inventory quality management, AXA-treatment, stock comparison, scrapping)
  • Introduction of new business models and customer requirements
  • Participation in the development of the warehouse processes within the logistics process landscape
  • Participation in warehouse and transport tenders, award of contract and planning of Logistics Service Provider changes
  • Implementation of process training at the external service provider
  • Application of CIP methodology for the continuous improvement of process quality
  • Act as a first point of contact for customer for warehouse topics
  • Local process owner for warehouse management system (BOWAS)
  • Drive possible automation and efficiency projects in the warehouse
  • Ability to work as proxy for the Local Warehouse Manager during absence

Profilul tău

  • University degree in the field of business, economics or equivalent education
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics field
  • Profound understanding of logistical processes
  • Ability to work in an international team
  • Confident and cooperative manner when working with tangent departments and external service providers
  • Structural and analytical way of working
  • Very good communication skills
  • Work outcome-oriented mentality
  • Good knowledge in the ERP system SAP, MS Office
  • Willingness to travel (within working hours) to Sweden
  • Business fluent in English (C1), Swedish language skills is an advantage
