หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบของคุณ
- Technical project lead and design new tool, follow-up tools, relocation tools, release and correction process as well as new variants.
- Create specification sheets, evaluate measurement report, create correction strategies and follow tool release process.
- Tooling improvement e.g. design improvement for series production or maintainability.
- Tooling problem solving and 8D report support.
- Technical supplier discussion e.g. spare part, new tool order, tool correction.
โปรไฟล์ของคุณ Education Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tooling, Mechanical, Plastic Engineering, or other related fields.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
- Professional experience in plastic mold industry, mold tools design and release.
- CAD software preferably NX, Professional evaluation of 3D scan preferably GOM, Basic moldflow simulation.
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills to reach out to customer/partners and internal.
