We are seeking for two positions within the R&D department. We would like to hire one student in the field of simulation and another in the field of design.
For Simulation:
- Giving simulation support to the projects by making structural FEA studies and lifetime calculations of sub-parts with different materials
- Making researches to develop simulation methods
- Making comparison between different simulation strategies
- Preparing reports about simulation studies
For Design:
- You drive and manage your own projects and you will be responsible for preparing concepts, developing and commissioning of design projects
- Work as key link between sections to innovative solution for design activities
- Evaluation of alternative design options, coordinating continues design improvement tasks with central development departments
- Literature reviews to stay up-to-date on the industry and innovations
- Contribute to the design, development, and testing processes of hydraulic systems
Nasıl birini arıyoruz? General Qualifications:
- 3rd & 4th year undergraduate and postgraduate students field of in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field
- Should be able to minimum 3 days in a row
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a team and have excellent communication skills
- Have a basic knowledge of hydraulic systems and hydraulic pump&motor technologies
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
For Simulation:
- Ansys : Structural analysis experience with different material types (steel, cast, plastic, aluminum, rubber etc.) and fluid analysis knowledge/ basic
- CAD: basic knowledge/experience Creo
- Hydraulic knowledge / Mechanic knowledge / tribology knowledge / material (steel, cast, plastic, aluminum, rubber) knowledge
For Design:
- Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software is a plus /CREO
- Have a basic knowledge of GD&T
- Experience with at least one of programming language as python, C++, is a plus

Bosch Rexroth Bursa Fabrikası: 1976 yılında kurulan fabrika, mobil hidrolik, tarım ve inşaat makineleri, otomotiv ve deniz endüstrisi için valfler ve hidrolik pompalar üretmektedir. 1500'den fazla çalışanıyla, üretimin %90'ını Avrupa ve dünya pazarlarına ihraç etmektedir.
Bosch Fren Sistemleri Bursa Fabrikası: Otomotiv, hafif ticari ve elektrikli araçlar için geleneksel ve yeni nesil (IPB) hidrolik fren sistemleri üretmektedir. Ana sanayi firmaları ve yedek parça pazarı için ürünler sunan fabrika, Türkiye pazarındaki gücünü sürekli artırmaktadır.
