Human Resources Office Assistant (German speaking) for HR Services Hub

We are looking for a proactive and agile Human Resources Office Assistant with fluent German language skill. This role will be the go-to person for ensuring smooth office operations and providing essential administrative support to our HR team. This includes managing day-to-day office tasks, coordinating employee-related activities, and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
Your tasks will be:
► Office Operations Management: Oversee daily office activities, manage supplies and vendor relationships, and ensure a clean, safe, and functional workspace
► Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing correspondence and calendars, scheduling meetings and support our managers
► HR Administration: Assist with HR-related tasks, such as preparing onboarding documents and accesses, maintaining employee records, and supporting the recruitment process
► Employee Support: Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding office-related matters and HR policies, providing timely and helpful assistance

► Experience: You have experience working in a multinational environment.
► Personality: You are organized and proactive. You have strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
► Working practice: You can handle confidential information with discretion and collaborate with our leaders and German speaking teams in a fast-paced environment.
► Languages: You have active German and English language knowledge (written and spoken).
