- Assure the development and execution of territory and account specific strategies in cooperation with the MEL Headquarter.
- Build long-term relationships with regional focus customers in order to drive sales and achieve sustained success.
- Use strong technical knowledge to position the technical benefits of our solution to best meet our customer's needs.
- Supporting mobile electronic sales for global and international customers coordinated by the MEL Headquarter Implement a robust step-by-step sales process with regular reviews (pathfinding activity).
- Work closely with other regional sales specialists and members of marketing and support teams.
- Planning and supporting regional marketing activities and trainings.
- Defining regional product requirements in cooperation with central departments.
- Consulting the customers with their system and software Structure
- Project management in terms of Mobile Electronics and Software
- Constant communication with the customers to support them to implement our electronic systems for their applications.
Nasıl birini arıyoruz? - Bachelor's degree in electronics or mechatronics strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience in capital equipment sales / B2B sales
- Professional experience and knowledge in this technical area or sales in the b2b area are an advantage. Especially in the application of electronic control systems in the area of mobile machines (construction, agriculture, material handling, ...), in automotive environment or in industrial machinery.
- Excellent prospecting and customer acquisition skills.
- Familiarity with strategic sales processes for managing complex sales.
- A proactive approach, driven by results and reaching targets.
- A Networker and Team Player who likes enjoying common success with an international team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Other work experience in the field of mobile machinery equipment (seen as beneficial).
- Experience with C, Codesys programming and MATLAB-Simulink modeling
- Background with Autosar environment
- General knowledge about UDS, CAN, ISOBUS
- Bachelor's degree in electronics or mechatronics strongly preferred

Bosch Rexroth AG, Türkiye'deki faaliyetlerine 1976 yılında Karaköy'de 250 metrekare kapalı alanlı bir yer ile başlayan Hidropar A.Ş. adıyla kurulmuştur.
Şirket, Bosch Automation ve Mannesmann Rexroth'un Mayıs 2001'de birleşmesi sonucunda Bosch Rexroth A.Ş. adını alarak yoluna devam etmiştir. Şu anda, Gebze'deki merkez ofisi ve Bursa'daki üretim tesisleri dahil olmak üzere toplam 120.000 metrekare alana sahiptir; bunun içinde 72.000 metrekare kapalı alan bulunmaktadır.
