  • Participating in customer visits with the sales team to provide hands-on technical support and product expertise
  • Commissioning and troubleshooting systems on-site, especially for prototype and first-time installations
  • Leading and/or supporting in-house and customer-specific trainings to build technical knowledge around our automation and electrification solutions
  • Following up on technical requirements, opportunities and customer feedback both independently and alongside sales teams
  • Supporting new projects by working directly with customers to define technical specs and recommend product solutions
  • Acting as a go-to technical contact for our Automation Electrification (AE) product range, responding to inquiries and guiding product usage
  • Staying current with AE product developments and sharing key updates internally and with clients
  • Contributing to the introduction of new strategies and improvements, especially in areas focused on innovation and optimization
  • Representing the technical perspective in front of customers and management, with confidence and ownership
  • Offering expert-level guidance to both colleagues and third parties in your area of technical specialization

Nasıl birini arıyoruz?

  • A degree in Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics or Software Engineering
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the field or in technical support roles
  • Solid English communication skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently (around 50–60% of the time)
  • A background in construction machinery or hydraulics is definitely a plus
  • Familiarity with PLC (CODESYS ais a plus), C programming and communication protocols like EtherCAT, PROFINET or CANopen would be helpful
  • A curious mind, a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt to different situations in the field

Bosch Gebze'ye hoş geldin

Bosch Rexroth AG, Türkiye'deki faaliyetlerine 1976 yılında Karaköy'de 250 metrekare kapalı alanlı bir yer ile başlayan Hidropar A.Ş. adıyla kurulmuştur.

Şirket, Bosch Automation ve Mannesmann Rexroth'un Mayıs 2001'de birleşmesi sonucunda Bosch Rexroth A.Ş. adını alarak yoluna devam etmiştir. Şu anda, Gebze'deki merkez ofisi ve Bursa'daki üretim tesisleri dahil olmak üzere toplam 120.000 metrekare alana sahiptir; bunun içinde 72.000 metrekare kapalı alan bulunmaktadır.

Gebze'deki merkez ofisinde, ön satış ve sonrası mühendislik çalışmaları, sistem tasarımı, kurulum ve test, eğitim ve saha hizmetleri sunulmaktadır. DS4 Hidrolik ve DS3 Pnömatik eğitim setlerinin üretimi 2009 yılında başlamış ve Türkiye'nin yanı sıra dünya geneline gönderilmektedir.
