AI/ML Engineer

As an AI/ML Engineer, you’ll be at the core of turning ideas into production-ready solutions. You’ll design, train, and deploy models that deliver real impact — from predictive analytics and intelligent automation to adaptive systems that evolve with operations. 

This isn’t just about algorithms. You’ll own the full machine learning lifecycle, ensuring models are robust, scalable, and seamlessly integrated into enterprise environments. 

Your Mission 

• Build Intelligent Models – design, train, and fine-tune ML and deep learning models that address real-world manufacturing challenges. 
• Engineer Data Pipelines – develop reliable pipelines for ingesting, cleaning, and transforming data, leveraging Spark, Databricks, or equivalent platforms. 
• Operationalize AI – implement MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, versioning, monitoring, retraining) to ensure solutions are production-grade and sustainable. 
• Experiment with Cutting-Edge AI – apply LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and generative AI techniques to create adaptive solutions that scale. 
• Integrate with Enterprise Systems – deploy models into ERP, MES, and IoT contexts, ensuring seamless data and workflow integration. 
• Optimize for Performance – monitor, benchmark, and continuously improve models to achieve high accuracy, reliability, and efficiency in production. 
• Collaborate & Share Knowledge – work closely with data engineers, architects, and domain experts to co-create solutions and bridge technical and business needs. 
• Champion Responsible AI – ensure models are developed and deployed with fairness, transparency, and compliance. 

• Solid experience as an ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar, with proven track record of building production-ready ML solutions. 
• Strong skills in Python and ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn). 
• Experience with big data platforms and distributed computing (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, or similar). 
• Knowledge of MLOps workflows — MLflow, Kubernetes, containerization, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD pipelines. 
• Hands-on exposure to LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases — with curiosity to explore new agentic AI approaches. 
• Familiarity with integrating models into enterprise systems (ERP, MES, IoT) is a strong plus. 
• Ability to take solutions from prototype to production, including performance tuning, monitoring, and lifecycle management. 
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices (testing, code reviews, CI/CD for ML code). 
• Strong problem-solving mindset, with ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions. 
• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and apply the latest in AI/ML research and technology.
