Manufacturing CNC Programmer

- Creation, change and optimize programs and improve tools and fixtures for better machining results, in terms of quality, cost and efficiency
- Support MOE planners for design of BAZ fixtures, tool and fixture changing parts
- By forming business relations from within and outside the company, leads and manages the standardization of activities for production technologies. After carrying out the necessary experiments, implements the new technologies and extends out across the whole plant.
- Performing simultaneous engineering activities for new product ramp-ups
- Involve in ECR management and perform necessary changes on CNC programs, tools and fixtures with traceability records on time
- Perform manufacturability check for new TTNRs and act to finalize necessary actions such as new programs, new tools or new changing parts for clamping fixtures
- Support new CNC machine installations and startups
- Support MOE planners for trouble shooting of serial production
- Support and train MOE employees for change over, tool measurement and adjustment, raw material mounting / demounting on clamping fixtures, starting CNC programs and enter corrections in to the CNC programs for a certain period of time
- Attending Gemba and Q-Tisch Meetings in a weekly periods and exchanging information about new projects
- Realization of common projects within IPN, deployment of project within plant and other plants
- Implements new technologies within responsibility area.
Nasıl birini arıyoruz? - Graduation from university or min vocational technical high school
- Minimum 3 years of production experience in CNC lathe processes
- Experience with CNC lathe tools, fixtures, and machining techniques
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming and the ability to apply it
- Experience with CNC lathe machines (vertical/horizontal) and control panels (Siemens, Fanuc, Rexroth, etc.)
- Willingness to take responsibility in the field
- Aptitude for teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration
- Technical problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of English or German (preffered)

Bosch Güç Çözümleri Bursa Fabrikası: 1972'de Türkiye'deki ilk Bosch yatırımı olarak kurulan fabrika, 200 bin metrekare alanda dizel ve benzinli araçlar için püskürtme sistemleri üretmektedir. 7000'e yakın çalışanıyla bugüne kadar 500 milyondan fazla enjektör üretmiş ve dünya çapında 48 markaya hizmet vermektedir. İki Ar-Ge merkeziyle yeni teknolojiler geliştirmekte olup, 2021’de benzinli motorlar için yüksek basınçlı pompa üretimine başlamıştır ve hidrojen enjektörü çalışmaları devam etmektedir. Fabrika bünyesinde yer BMG iş kolu, montaj sistemleri ve özel makine tasarımı alanında küresel çözümler sunmaktadır.
Bosch Rexroth Bursa Fabrikası: 1976 yılında kurulan fabrika, mobil hidrolik, tarım ve inşaat makineleri, otomotiv ve deniz endüstrisi için valfler ve hidrolik pompalar üretmektedir. 1500'den fazla çalışanıyla, üretimin %90'ını Avrupa ve dünya pazarlarına ihraç etmektedir.
Bosch Fren Sistemleri Bursa Fabrikası: Otomotiv, hafif ticari ve elektrikli araçlar için geleneksel ve yeni nesil (IPB) hidrolik fren sistemleri üretmektedir. Ana sanayi firmaları ve yedek parça pazarı için ürünler sunan fabrika, Türkiye pazarındaki gücünü sürekli artırmaktadır.
