Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics forecasting activities and monitor forecast accuracy to support operational planning.
- Prepare performance reports and business reviews for management and key stakeholders.
- Track operational issues, improvement actions, and corrective measures to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate root-cause analysis activities and support implementation of sustainable corrective actions.
- Monitor logistics performance indicators and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Perform supply chain analytics and develop insights related to productivity, capacity, service performance, inventory flows, and operational efficiency.
- Design, maintain, and continuously improve logistics dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into meaningful performance visualizations.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and operational processes through digital solutions and workflow automation.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide recommendations to support operational and strategic decision making.
- Support warehouse process optimization through material-flow analysis and layout improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate continuous-improvement projects and monitor implementation progress across multiple stakeholders.
- Support logistics and supply chain projects from planning through implementation and stabilization.
- Maintain operational planning calendars and ensure alignment of recurring logistics activities.
- Support site visits, audits, and operational reviews by preparing data, insights, and process overviews.
- Facilitate communication between logistics operations, service providers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective issue resolution and service performance.
Nasıl birini arıyoruz? Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, business analytics, operations management, or a related area. More experience is preferred.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and operational improvement initiatives.
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers and external service partners is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience with data analytics, performance reporting, and operational dashboards.
- Understanding of process automation, workflow automation, or robotic process automation concepts.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of logistics operations, warehousing processes, inventory management, transportation, and supply chain planning concepts.
