Job Summary
As the MCU embedded expert for chassis control and active-safety systems, you will own the end-to-end design, implementation, and industrialization of software from the silicon level up to the ECU level. Your scope covers AUTOSAR MCAL, ECU Abstraction Layer (EaL), complex drivers, and system services. You are the technical gatekeeper and the key interface across hardware, system, functional-safety, and customer teams, ensuring the product meets the highest performance, safety, and reliability standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, integrate, test, and release all MCU-related BSW packages (MCAL, EaL, complex drivers, system services) for chassis projects; accountable for delivery milestones.
- Decompose OEM/Tier-1 requirements into detailed MCU-level software requirements, architecture, and interface specifications.
- Lead software architecture and detailed design; implement critical modules (complex drivers, fault injection, time-triggered communication, etc.) in C/C++ compliant with ISO 26262 ASIL-C/D.
- Establish and maintain development, verification, and quality processes aligned with ASPICE and ISO 26262; drive HIL/SIL/VIL test-case reviews and root-cause analyses.
- Troubleshoot and close production and field issues rapidly (bus trace, scope co-debugging, on-site support).
- Provide technical consultancy and training to internal teams and external customers, continuously improving design and process.
您的个人资料 - Education
