Metallographic Engineer_PS

Job Summary

Failure and metallography analysis, lab test capacity improvement, material database creation and management. Technical support to other departments.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Master all kinds of metallography examination device. Make out operation procedure.

    掌握各种金相检测的仪器和设备，编制操作指导书。

2. Correctly evaluate all the test results according to the material characteristic and testing method.

    根据材料特性和检测方法对测试结果作出正确评估。

3. Be proficient in the material characteristic, material standard, and work out test procedure.

    熟悉材料特性和测试标准，编制试验程序。

4.  Be responsible for metallography test technique such as technical planning, test standard and process definition, working instruction and updating etc…

      负责金相测试技术，如技术规划，测试标准及流程的制定，作业指导书的编制及更新等

5. Be in charge of technique improvement of metallography test and analysis and extend new test technique and knowledge and give training to operator.

      负责金相测试及分析技术的改进及新技术的推广应用。对测试人员进行培训。

6. Be responsible failure analysis and particle analysis, and create particle database.

      负责并实施金属材料失效分析及金属颗粒分析,并创建非金属颗粒的数据库。

  7. Support the material analysis and check for other department.

     支持其他部门的材料分析及检测。

  8. Provide support for supplier audit.

     为供应商审核提供技术支持。

Educational Background

    Minimum Bachelor degree, English 4-degree. Good oral English communication skill.

Language: 

    Good oral English communication skill.

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience

   Minimum 5 working experience at joint venture company.

   At least 3 years of material and metallographic analysis working experience.
