你的任务
Responsibilities:
1. Technical Strategy Support:
-Track global & marketing autonomous driving trends and assess their impact on L2++ Cross-Trim product roadmaps.
-Assist in decomposing the L2++ Cross-Trim Platform’s 3–5-year autonomous driving strategy into actionable annual milestones.
2. Cross-Departmental Collaboration Strategy Definition & Implementation:
-Establish cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms, design joint KPIs, and eliminate technical silos.
-Coordinate resources between stakeholders and teams to align technical solutions with project team needs.
3. Full Project Lifecycle Support:
-Assist the project lead in developing L2++ Cross-Trim feature development plans, breaking down technical milestones, and tracking progress.
-Support coordinating cross-departmental technical meetings, follow up meeting outcomes, and drive issue resolution to ensure alignment and execution.
4. Technical Decision Support:
-Assist in evaluating supplier solutions, participate in technical reviews, and conduct cost-performance trade-off analyses.
-Monitor development risks, proactively flag issues, and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
5. Resource Coordination:
-Coordinate internal/external resources to optimize task prioritization.
-Regularly update project leads with progress reports, and support executive decision-making.

-协助项目负责人制定 L2++ 跨产品线功能开发计划,拆解技术里程碑,并跟进项目进度。
-协助组织协调跨部门技术会议,跟踪会议决议事项,推动问题解决,保障各方协同与项目执行。
4.技术决策支持:
-协助评估供应商解决方案,参与技术评审工作,并开展性价比权衡分析。
-监控研发风险,主动预警潜在问题,协作制定风险缓解策略。
5.资源协调:
-协调内外部资源,优化工作优先级排序。
-定期向项目负责人汇报项目进展,为管理层决策提供支持。

1. Technical Acumen:
-Preferred education background in engineering fields.
-Deep understanding of L2++ functional challenges and solution frameworks.
-Familiarity with autonomous driving development workflows (V-Model) and ability to rapidly absorb technical documentation.
2. Project Management Skills:
-Proficiency in Jira, DOORS, and relevant tools for task breakdown and critical path planning.
-Data-driven mindset to extract key metrics from logs and test data.
3. Strategic and Systems Thinking:
-Ability to design transitions from incremental improvements to systemic breakthroughs.
-Skilled in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis to balance innovation and feasibility.
4. Communication & Execution:
-Skilled at translating complex technical issues into actionable tasks and driving cross-team collaboration.
-Strong upward/downward communication skills to align with project lead priorities and team execution.
