Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to support RAC business growth in alignment with company objectives.
- Expand and manage multi-channel sales network, including KA and offline channels.
- Drive development of JD offline stores (Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities), local retail chain stores, and TOP decoration companies.
- Develop and manage JD and Tmall Youpin offline franchise stores in Tier 3 & Tier 4 cities.
- Strengthen the newly launched SHT self-operated sales channel and ensure effective integration with existing KA channels (Hisense Hitachi and Achiilic Hitachi).
- Achieve annual sales targets and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to optimize channel strategy.
- Ensure high-quality execution and strong customer relationship management across all sales channels.
主要职责
- 根据公司整体战略,制定并执行RAC业务销售策略,推动业务增长。
- 拓展并管理多渠道销售网络,包括KA及线下渠道。
- 负责开发和管理京东线下门店(覆盖一线及二线城市)、本地连锁零售商及TOP装修公司渠道。
- 推进京东及天猫优品在线下三、四线城市的加盟门店拓展与管理。
- 强化SHT自营销售渠道建设,并确保与现有KA渠道(海信日立及Achiilic Hitachi渠道)的有效协同。
- 完成年度销售目标,支持2026年的增长目标达成。
- 跟踪市场趋势及竞争动态,提供有效市场洞察,持续优化渠道策略。
- 提升销售执行质量,加强客户关系管理,确保各渠道稳定健康发展。
您的个人资料 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 5+ years of sales experience in HVAC related industries.
- Proven track record in KA and offline channel development.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel retail environment in China market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
- Result-driven with strong ownership and growth mindset.

- 具备KA及线下渠道开发的成功经验。
- 熟悉中国市场多渠道零售环境。
