- Focus on SE work of redesign project to optimize cost of traditional and e-drive gearbox

重点关注设计变更同步工程以优化传统和电驱减速机成本。

- Evaluate cost reduction potential and implement accordingly in cooperation with colleagues in China and oversea

与国内外同事共同评估潜在降本机会并推动对应措施和项目的执行

- Develop new components for PEP and electrification projects

为新研发项目及电驱化项目开发新零件

- Support PUR/-Q team to optimize Supplier base, improve Supplier quality and flexibility

支持商务采购及质量采购优化供应商体系，提升供应商质量及灵活性

- B.A. degree or above on mechanical engineering or metallurgy

机械工程及材料冶金相关专业本科及以上学历

- Purchasing or technical background and project management experience

采购或技术背景，项目管理经验

- Fluent English in reading, writing, speaking and listening

英语听说读写流利

- Good willingness and ability in communication and collaboration

沟通、合作意愿及能力强

- Quick learning ability, strong responsibility, self-motivation and persistent working attitude

具备快速学习能力，强责任心，较大压力下能够自我激励并保持工作状态

- Good at MS office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

熟练使用office软件，尤其是Excel和PowerPoint

• Willingness to frequent travel 能经常出差
