Financial Controlling _MA

Being a critical financial business partner for regional business in China, the candidate will be quite close to business and other functions to drive performance result.

1. Provide solid profitability analysis and review together with business functions to identify potential opportunities / measures
2. Proper interpret business insight for decision making and support operation flow effectiveness
3. Actively participate in company target setting / rolling forecast process
4. Timely tracking performance result and work together with business counterparties to ensure target achievement 
5. Prepare review slides on business results based on valid analysis
6. Use digital /AI tools for optimization and efficiency improvement
7. other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

1. Strong analytical skill
2. Able to use digital / AI tools to contribute on daily work 
3. Good at communication & collaboration with various parties, while still has own stands and competence of influence
4. Eager to have exposures business areas and quick learner
5. Self-motivated and good work attitude
6. Able to work under pressure with commitment to deadline with high quality deliverables
7. Familiar with SAP & Icona system is a plus
