Quality Engineer for OSAT supplier management_ME

Job Summary:

1. Supplier management engineer for Bosch Semiconductor Products OSAT supplier
2. Responsible for internal/external SO issues coordination and driving
3. Problem solving with OSAT supplier

Job Responsibilities:

1. Development of Q-concepts for existing products as well as for tech. changes and new developments
2. Implementation of developed or optimized quality concepts, coordinating with specialized depart-ments and reviewing their effectiveness
3. Coordination of complex analysis of failure parts for internal and/or external quality issues (e.g., pro-duction line issues, 0km failures, field failures, IQC failures)
4. Participation in the development of suitable measures for quality improvement and continuous moni-toring of their introduction
5. Transfer of results within the SO as part of Lessons Learned
6. Active participation in the further development of the QM system
7. Organization & execution of customer visits and audits at OSAT or SiFo locations with QMM-C-CN, representing Bosch SO’s interests in quality aspects
8. Independent management of communication and collaboration with globally operating suppliers in the IPN to actively promote quality improvements
9. Tracking of corrective actions of internal and external audits using go to Gemba
10. Participation in technical line visits as representative of ME/QMM-X-SO
11. Assuming responsibility for coordinating the warranty process in collaboration with both external and internal partners, compiling quality-related data from which quality improvement concepts can be derived
12. Support in external customer communication and on-site reporting in case of necessity

• university degree in technical subjects, or other university degree + 5years work experience in technical field
• several years of experience in supplier quality management or SC manufacturing

• experience in quality field, exp. in supplier management, exp. in customer communication, exp. In SC production

• workable english
