负责全过程的质量控制：从客户（要求）信息到合同、设计、工艺、生产、交付全程，
其中包含对采购质量的监督管理，通过执行产品过程的内部审核、过程控制、偏差与客诉
的统计、分析和跟踪处理，以期达到减少或避免缺陷发生的目标，从而降低质量成本，提
升客户满意度；Responsible for quality control throughout the process: From
customer (requirement) information to contract, design, process, production and delivery,
including the supervision and management of procurement quality, through the
implementation of product process internal audit, process control, deviation and
customer complaint statistics, analysis and tracking, in order to achieve the goal of
reducing or avoiding defects, so as to reduce quality costs and improve customer
satisfaction
▪ 负责价值流产品全过程的质量管理工作，包括组织对产品全流程作内部审核和对过程控制
工作进行监督、检查和考核，满足客户要求；Responsible for the quality management of

▪ 针对年度质量指标，制订产品质量控制方案，并有计划地推进和实施；Develop a product

▪ 负责价值流不合格品和客户投诉管理，对责任界定、原因分析、整改措施、验证等进行跟

▪ 负责质量数据收集、整理、编制质量报表，定期组织质量会议；Responsible for quality

▪ 完善价值流文件管理，并负责本部门质量管理文件的更新，配合内外部审核; Improve the
