Job Summary
Department Digitalization Specialist;
Sample order management for in-house and trading parts;
Roles and Responsibilities
- AI Technology Application & Solution Implementation: Proactively explore, evaluate, and introduce AI tools to optimize the department's daily work, including data analysis & Insights, workflow automation.
- Empowerment with Digital Tools/Systems: Be responsible for the in-depth application and promotion of the department's existing digital tools (e.g., project management software, collaboration platforms); Evaluate and recommend new tools or digital solutions to improve team collaboration and information management.
- Order content clarification/verification, e.g. check order type, check customer specific request on parts labeling, content of description, completion of order check list
- Order processing and system operation, incl. order forwarding and release to SAP, SAP project definition/creation, SAP project release and confirmation
- Coordination and communication with sales, development, sample shop, PS Germany and logistics departments, incl. order status tracking and coordination to achieve the delivery date
- Inventory control and deadstock avoidance
- Support of regular topics, eg. KPI reporting, volume & sales forecasting BP and CF, etc.
- Support digitization reporting, eg. Tableau, PowerBI

- Bachelor or Master degree with a background in sales, manufacturing, engineering, international trade or other
- Team player with high flexibility, ability to convince others and negotiation skills
- Structured, reliable working style with a high sense of responsibility
- Work experience in digital transformation, process optimization, IT consulting, or a related field.
- SAP experience preferred, but not a must
- Native Chinese speaker with a good command of English language (speaking and writing)
Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience
- Understanding of commercial and technical processes
- Willingness to take responsibility and intercultural competence
- Cooperative, diligent, goal-oriented
- Experience building applications on Low-code/No-code platforms
- Good PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Good Excel and Power BI skills
