你的任务
- The owner of project and customer interface.
- Market information collection and acquisition chance identification.
- Carry out project management according to Bosch product engineering process.
- Manage customer project on time, on cost and on spec.
- Acquisition management: pro-active support of the promotion of our products at customer, support of the sales teams with competitive technical proposal and cost during the acquisition phase.
- Scope management: managing of customer requirements, leading of product development, controlling of technical changes, managing of project documents.
- Timing management: leading of timing planning and carrying out, driving of the project progress for each project milestone and customer delivery.
- Cost management: leading of project cost planning and controlling, controlling of product cost within whole project life.
- Quality management: leading of quality planning and controlling, fulfilling of delivery on Spec, managing project according to quality gate.
- Communication management: leading of communication planning and organizing, project status monitoring, reporting, and escalating.
- Risk management: leading of risk planning and controlling, identifying, and evaluating risk points, leading of risk responding and problem solving.
- Cost down idea innovation, development, and implementation.
您的个人资料 - At least 3 years project management experience.
- Be with fluent English both in writing and speaking.
- Basic know-how in design and process validation and ability to apply mechanical, electronics, engineering specific legislation know-how.
- Basic knowledge or experience of problem-solving.
- Understanding of customer specific development process and knowledge of data evaluation.
- Good communication skills and can work under pressure, work with initiative and cooperative.
- Good leadership capabilities and high efficiency.
- Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and to define priorities.
- Automotive industry background is preferred.
- PMP is preferred.
