As manager of Sample Workshop, Tooling Development and PDM office, following is the main responsibility
1. Management and coordination of sample building process for New Products Introduction, including new PNs, new formulations and other projects.
2. Tooling life cycle management, including tooling design, tooling manufacturing, tooling maintenance and Tooling scrap process.
3. Production data management, including process parameter generation and update.
4. Governance of ECR management from plant.

1. Above 3 years leadership experience.
2. Solid knowledge of PDM, ECR and tooling development
3. Result oriented and future oriented
4. Good communication and cooperation
