Finance Manager (f/m/div.)
Feladatok
- As finance manager you are responsible for timely issuance, amendment, and discharge of bank guarantees.
- You drive continuous improvement, harmonization and quality assurance of the global guarantee processes and consult operational units in guarantee management.
- Furthermore, you take over the management as well as negotiation of contracts with banks.
- In addition, you will take an active role in coordinating and aligning supplier finance programs together with purchasing and central treasury department.
- You will also optimize intercompany funding structures, capital allocation as well as support in the financial planning process and intercompany financing.
A profilod - Education: Master or Diploma degree in Business Administration and/or Finance with a focus on accounting
- Work Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience in treasury or finance, preferably in an international environment; proven experience in managing bank guarantees and global guarantee processes; solid understanding of internal financing structures and cash flow optimization; proficiency in process improvement and harmonization within financial operations; international experience in treasury, finance, or risk management roles, preferably in complex organizational environments
- Personality and Working Practice: strong communicator, strategical thinker and strong entrepreneurial mindset with an independent, responsible, process- and performance-orientated, analytical as well as structured working method
- Languages: excellent written and spoken English and German language skills, other language skills beneficial
