Contract Specialist (German speaking) for HR Service Hub

Your tasks:
► Manage contractual modifications across our organization in Germany with precision and attention to detail
► Ensure accurate and timely handling of all contractual changes related to position changes, transfers, or any other employment modifications
► Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure legal and HR compliance in all contract modifications
► Act as the primary point of contact for handling employment contracts of our colleagues in Germany
► Ensure consistency, accuracy, and precise documentation throughout the contract management process
A profilod ► Background: University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities Studies or related areas
► Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR Services, Administration or comparable support areas
► Personality: You are detail- and solution oriented and accurate. You work well in complex structures and systems and have excellent organizational and time-management skills
► Languages:
- Fluent German (C1) both written and spoken
- Mid-level English (B1) skills
- Hungarian language knowledge is not a requirement

► Previous experience in working with Austrian stakeholders is an advantage
► SAP, Workday or other corporate governance system knowledge is an advantage
