HR Training Administrator for HR Service Hub (German speaking)

► Training Administration: Manage the administration of the training programs for Germany, including processing training requests in a ticketing system, handling event logistics, invoicing, and generating reports.
► Documentation and Evaluation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports. Ensure accurate tracking of training sessions, participant attendance, and feedback.
► Communication: Collaborate closely with our employees, particularly through written communication via our ticketing system, to ensure a smooth process
► Process Transition Support: Support the rollout and integration of new training processes and systems, ensuring alignment with best practices and a seamless transition.
A profilod ► Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related areas
► Experience: Preferably you have 1-3 years of previous experience in a multinational environment and/or in HR
► Personality: You are detail-oriented and precise. You have excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
► Working practice: You can make decisions and select solutions self-sufficiently based on your analytical skill set, as well as coordinate across hierarchical levels in case of routine questions within the area of expertise
► Languages: You have advanced German and English skills
