Your contribution to something big:
Join our local team in Lisbon as part of Bosch Digital, and support the Bosch Home Comfort division by customizing, developing, and operating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service).
As part of the extended Bosch Digital team, your work will have a global impact, supporting internal customers across more than 40 countries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems
- Create and maintain technical documentation and specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 CE
- Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews and refinements
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Work with technologies such as .NET and JavaScript
- Support end-to-end integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP ecosystems
A profilod Education:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
Tech Stack & Tools:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service)
- C# / .NET
- JavaScript
- SAP integration tools (SAP PI, CPI, Solace)
- Azure DevOps
Experience & Knowledge:
- Proven experience in developing plugins, workflows, and customizations in Dynamics 365 CE
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional international teams
- Solid experience in technical integration of third-party applications or ERP systems
- Experience in writing and maintaining technical documentation
Languages:
- Portuguese and English (minimum B2 level – spoken and written)
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative team player
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and agile environment
Education:
