Team Leader – UX/UI & Marketing Teams
Feladatok
We are looking for a Team Leader to provide disciplinary leadership for our UX/UI Design and
Markeng teams. In this role, you will not carry direct functional responsibility for project delivery,
but you will be accountable for people leadership, performance management, and
stakeholder/client relationship management. Your focus will be on empowering employees,
fostering team culture, and ensuring smooth collaboraon with both internal stakeholders and
external clients.
People Management & Development
- Serve as the disciplinary leader for UX/UI Designers and Marketing team members.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and annual performance reviews.
- Support employees in seeing and achieving career development goals.
- Identify training needs and support professional development initiatives.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new team members.
Employee Engagement & Well-Being
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
- Act as the first point of contact for personal or workplace concerns.
- Promote work-life balance and employee well-being.
- Drive initiatives that enhance motivation and team satisfaction.
HR & Organizational Alignment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HR guidelines.
- Manage absence, vacation planning, and other administrative responsibiliyies.
- Support talent retention and recruitment processes in collaboration with HR.
- Act as a communication bridge between employees and senior leadership.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients regarding team availability, resourcing, and non-functional matters.
- Ensure smooth communicatioon between clients/stakeholders and functional leads.
- Manage expectactions around timelines, processes, and team capacity in alignment with leadership.
- Represent the team in cross-departmental and client-facing meettngs, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Escalate and resolve team-related or collaboration challenges in a professional manner.
A profilod - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent
- experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a team leader, people manager, or HR-related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust.
- Experience in managing diverse teams, ideally within creative or digital environments.
- Solid understanding of HR processes (performance management, conflict resolution,
- coaching, development).
- Empathy, resilience, and the ability to balance employee needs with organizational priorities.
